Wimbledon Nannies, established in 1985, has built a excellent reputation for professionalism, care and expertise. We are a friendly and helpful team consisting of a former nanny who is NNEB qualified, and working mothers with young children of their own. We know the value of having the best childcare available.

Key Personnel

Renate Jones MCIL - Proprietor

Renate looks after the business administration of the agency as well as being actively involved in all aspects of marketing, nanny recruitment and client liaison. 

Renate is a mother of one and has previously worked in Publishing as a Senior Production Editor on a variety of medical and professional journals. Renate is also a qualified Linguist being fluent in German. 

Peter Jones BSc MRICS - Proprietor

Peter is a Chartered Surveyor and runs his own Practice, Peter D Jones Associates in Wimbledon. However, he is also active in Wimbledon Nannies, involved primarily with the business administration and marketing and development of the agency. Peter is a father of one and married to Renate. 

Claire Gordon NNEB - Manager

Claire is fully involved in nanny recruitment and client liaison. She is solely responsible for all home visits which are carried out after normal office hours and is also responsible for the organisation of Wimbledon Nannies' exhibitions, displays and representing Wimbledon Nannies on lecture tours at colleges subscribing to the NNEB qualification.

Claire has previously worked as a professional nanny and is NNEB qualified. She has extensive childcare experience and is currently studying towards a BA (Hons) in Child and Youth Studies.
